About me…

I have always felt most at home in nature, particularly by the ocean or in the mountains. From a young age, my dream was to work with animals, which led me to study Marine Biology before completing a degree in Veterinary Medicine. While at university, I worked as a snowboard instructor in my holiday periods. After graduating, I spent 10 years working as a veterinarian in Sydney and was fortunate to help on multiple volunteer veterinary trips to Brazil and Fiji.
While being a veterinarian is my passion, the demands of the profession became overwhelmingly stressful. I realised I wanted a lifestyle that offered a greater connection to nature & a healthier work–life balance. My partner & I moved to the Northern Rivers, where we welcomed our daughter, Jupiter.
I have always loved surfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, sailing, music festivals, sharing delicious food with friends, and travelling to experience the world’s incredible natural landscapes and diverse cultures. I look forward to experiencing more of the world, but at the moment I am very busy being a mother which I am incredibly grateful to be able to experience. These days, I enjoy spending time in the garden growing flowers & food, cooking nourishing meals, & heading off on adventures with my family, usually music festivals or camping in the bush.
When I first witnessed the impact Breathwork could have on people in such a safe way & a short period of time, I immediately felt called to study this practice. I knew that this was a powerful way that I could help people so I trained as a Breathwork facilitator & I feel honoured to share this work with others.
